Biography

Formed mid 2003, the latter part of the year was spent songwriting and recording 10 original songs which form the basis of the self produced album - 'imaginitively' titled Chapter One.

A wide range of influences can be heard in the fusion of guitar based pop/rock whilst capturing a distinctive style and always playing for the benefit of the song.

Early 2004 saw interesting developments as Callisto signed distribution contract with Statue Records.

Mid 2004 saw Callisto continue the songwriting process and the release of a couple of singles plus a few gigs on the Glasgow gig circuit gaining good reviews.

Callisto's new album is scheduled for release mid 2005 and it promises to be even stronger than debut album 'Chapter One'.
